After the beef ribs Sunday night I was supposed to cook up these chicken thighs, but just didn't feel like it. Plus, you HAVE to have the chicken when it comes off the grill and after eating those ribs I lost my appetite! :becky:
So fired up the Egg tonight, and put in the Adjustable Rig - I like to do my chicken raised direct.
Trimmed up a dozen thighs and just gave them a little salt..

Put them on the Egg - temp was 375* and dropped to ~300 after putting them on. Got the team back up to 350 and let it ride there...

Half of them I gave a little swipe of Stubbs sauce, cause sometimes I like it like that! I also like a little char on my chicken, so opened the lid and let her rip for a while.
The green stuff are green beans with garlic...
