I'm pretty stoked, finally got enough overtime this week to not feel guilty about stocking up on some quality spices for once. Filled up my basket at the Penzey's store. This is a pretty big haul for me, and I was too excited to not share! Mostly for an upcoming sausage making day here. I have brats, beef brats, sweet italians, fresh (not smoked) kielbasa, hungarians, and andouille to make!

You are as bad as my wife. Before she found Penzey, all our spices fit in one cupboard. Now, the spices have taken over the hutch and part of the pantry. The flour now sets in a bin on the floor.

Our collection currently fills up an entire 2-door, 3-level cabinet. Getting an outdoor-style plastic storage cabinet seems like a good idea, but I've never gotten around to doing it. It of course would need to have a good stable base to avoid any tilting/shaking.

This is the size of the hutch I'm speaking of.
