That's the Porterhouse Titch gave me a while back. I'd been holding on to it, it was so tender, even the strip side. Snake River Farms is where they came from.

The title was a joke, getting rid of the pictures not the food. That is not the proper portion size for a Heart Patient. :thumb:

Tomorrow is Chicken Spaghetti, skinless chicken breast cut in to strips, whole grain pasta.

There's a lot of chickens that cross the road down my way. It would be a sin to let them go to waste, don't you think?
