I spent yesterday cooking a butt and rubs for a brother-in-law who is on a strict no salt diet. Now I need a recipe for a sauce with no catsup or other high sodium ingredients. HELP!!!

What about shack attack sauce. You can take the salt out without issue.

1 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce
1 Tablespoon (TBS) Paprika
1 TBS Black Pepper
1 TBS Kitchen Salt
2 TBS Yellow Mustard (French)

Mix well, let sit for at least 24 to 48 hours before serving for best results. I blend it in my Ninja, that's why it's about 16 ounces total.

I love the sauces. I'm going to try them. But since I am on a low-salt regimen, I have to adjust my meals. So I am a sodium watcher.

You obviously aren't going to use the entire amount for your meal, but it is important to know how much you are using.
