Oh yeah! Pork Shoulder - sorry no pics

I went ahead and used Bubba Gump hot sauce instead of mustard as suggested here lately. I love the stuff. If you haven't had it you should. Anyway, rubbed with plowboys and injected with Chris Lilly's pork injection with more bubba gump. I think this was the best shoulder I have ever done. Ate a Sammy with no sauce and it was incredible. Thanks to whoever suggested using hit sauce instead of mustard :thumb:

Did it add a lot of spice to it or just a little bit? Was thinking about trying it but don't want my ribs to be to spicy.

I didn't think it was spicy at all. The flavor profile of the bark was just better! You should definitely try it.
