Tenderloin is trimmed, tied and soaking in pecan smoke. Have to finish prepping bacon-wrapped asparagus, and finish the sweet potato salad. The cleaning is done. Have to put together cream cheese and sausage rolls.

Tenderloins, and a chunk o' chain meat in the smoker, to be pulled @ 115 IT. Then I'll cut them into steaks later and reverse sear them for the guests.
