my buddy was going to help me build an insulated cabinet smoker this winter. something small for when I want to cook just for the family. well he didn't like the fact I drew up something box shaped and thought I needed something a little different. this cooker has taken sometime to figure out but she does a pretty good job. maybe next winter i'll work on the cabinet???

the cooking chamber is 3/16 plate wrapped in 2" of ceramic fiber then has a stainless steel skin. the fire box is 3/16 but is lined with fire brick. we were just going to move it around with a pay loader between our house but he built this trailer instead but it's so heavy you can only do about 10mph with all the weight being on one side.
