Ribs were tasty but a bit dry in my opinion. Next time I'll either go thicker ribs or foil earlier.

Nice! I cook chicken and ribs a lot and the left overs really are good for lunch.

Looks like you skinned the chicken? If not, how did the skin come out? I smoked two chickens last weekend. They looked great, but my Cutco knife could not penetrate the skin.

Yes, I ripped the skin off. I knew I was going low and slow all the way so didn't bother. That and they were going to be lunches stored in the fridge so crispy skin would be a bit of a waste.

Times before I chucked them on direct at the end and turned them a few goes, no probs.
