Hey All

So I consider myself (based on what everyone says) really good on the grill. However, I've been using a propane Genesis and electric smokers for years. Got my first Charcoal Grill now (Weber OT 22.5)

Questions:
- Temp Control (How to.. ie. top and bottom vent)

-------- Coal advice --------
- Amount to use on the grill for low and slow (Weber chimney as reference)
- What kind of coal (prefer a clean longer lasting burn)
- How long does the coal typically last (balllpark) for low and slow before more is needed?

Thanks

Top vent always open, bottom vent for heat control.
