Happy Phriday, Phu! No clue what the smokers will get loaded with yet, but good luck!

I grabbed one of those Gold Waygu SRF briskets when they were 25% off. I'll be doing that with apple and cherry on the Lang.

They have been very giving my last couple of orders since I've moved. When I was in San Diego I would always get the smaller side of the scale of the order. Now all I'm getting are the max weights....I am not complaining :-D

SRF prime rib on Saturday, along with some wings and gonna fry some taters in tallow. Not sure about Sunday yet - we'll see! :noidea:

Kick arse at the comp Phu and y'all and everybody else have a great weekend!

No definite plans for the weekend but I'm hungry for a steak. Might have to throw one on the grill.

Good luck at the comp Phu! Have a great weekend everybody!

Good luck at your comp Phu!

Here at the Wyocena Yacht Club, I'll be throwing 150 lbs of pork butts on Saturday or Sunday. Some of it if for the kids Football Team dinner Thursday and the rest is for the.......

50th Annual United States Watermelon Speed Eating and Seed Spitting Championships which will be held Saturday September 12th at beautiful Chandler Park in historic Pardeeville, WI.

Our last weekend in ABQ before we head back West to Oki.

Momma just requested that I smoke our buffalo, and grill her Jamaican Jerk wings on Sunday for some football. (Wings really seem to be a theme for a lot of folks this weekend).

Tear 'em up, Phu! I'm sure you'll have a good weekend.

'Rest of y'all, behave yourselves (whatever that means) and enjoy the weekend!
Kind regards,

Brisket tomorrow morning - Doing plain Salt, Pepper and Garlic and going to do a semi-Bludawg-Hot n fast for the first time. Will probably keep it around 275 but going to do the wrap and rest etc....Also throwing on some chicken thighs and deer sausage. All that for me and my wife..........When you fire up the pit you might as well make it worth your while.....BBQ tastes great out of the freeze.r

I think sunday i'll be doing to butts on my Weber WSM 22.5. I also plan on doing some chicken thighs in foil pans. In the same smoker if there's room. If not i'll be firing up my 14.5 also.
