Just a couple of cooks.

Made some eggs bene, starting with the hollandaise sauce...
three egg yolks, butter, lemon juice and seasonings. Whisked til thickened and smooth over low heat, then set off the heat.

grilled the ham, fried the eggs and split english muffin in butter...

didn't take long at all..

steamed the eggs to set the tops...

The second cook.
Trimmed a slab of salmon, drizzled with oil, seasoned with Pookie G Season All and Lemon Pepper..

onto the oiled Blackstone, meat side down...

added a couple of foil wrapped bricks to flatten the slab for even cooking...

kept an eye on the level of "doneness".... watched the side of the slab cook.

Impressive as always sister. I have to ask, how did you like the salmon off of the griddle verses it cooked grilled on a grate over wood or charcoal?

Thanks so much SGH! I loved the Pookie G seasoning but did miss the smoke flavor. I should have added some of my smoked salt to the mix. Will do that next time.

I'm blown away by all the great cooks coming off these griddles, and you (young lady) are knocking them out of the park! I told my wife I want one, (whenever I do that about anything outdoor cooking related she looks at me like I'm crazy ) she said I have too many cookers, what, how can you have to many cookers? anyway, I'm sure I will grab one on sale soon and find a spot for it!

Thanks for sharing Jeanie!! Both those dishes are amazing!! :thumb:
