Anyone use these in their builds or for replacement therms? How is the quality?

Good quality, adjustable and accurate. You can't go wrong, order them.

They have both adjustable and non. I like them.

All that and more..... I bought 4 for my new cooker, checked them in boiling water and all 4 were within 2*. After a very bad storm 1 of them got some moisture in the glass. I tried to wait and see if it would go away. After about a month, I contacted RC. They asked for a pic and after I emailed it to them, they promptly sent me a new gauge. I love the way they work and have recommended them on many occasions. Joe
