My favorite way. When flipped I drench in a quality Italian dressing and get it hot. Probably not the right way but tastes good to me

Redfish on the half shell is the best! I don;t know of a better way to cook em.

This is a great way to cook reds (a little hard on the filet knife, though). I use a beef skinner when I can.

Those look good!:hungry: When we catch redfish I like to keep half on the shell like you've done and fillet half and blacken in a cast iron skillet.

Looking good. My favorite way to eat grilled fish. I eat red snapper the exact same way. Baste with a butter/worchestershire mix after flipping.
