brined with apple juice/brn sugar/salt/cinnamon. smoked with apple wood. sweet potatos rubbed w/evoo/brn sugar & cinnamon. Temps averaged 250F on a COS. just under 2 hours, start to finish.
Thanks for all the advice/tips & tricks.
