Here's some Bacon wrapped hot dogs I cooked up, had temp on 230-F and cooked until the dogs looked good lol..I cooked 25 lbs of Butts for a school,I panned the entire cook and had smoker at 230-F this entire cook, sorry I don't have the finished pics, I did and it was all great lol..The ribs I cooked at 230-F for 3 hrs which is right when they started bending and cracking. After they did, I placed a piece of foil UNDER them to collect the juices, (No Wrap) then I mopped with BLUES HOG TENNESSEE RED, I cooked the ribs until they were done..When they got done I slathered on BLUES HOG ORIGINAL sauce,, YUMMY!!
