Fancy Filets - With Pron

Picked up a couple filets for dinner tonight. Grilled them up real nice on my somewhat new Weber

It was killer. And I nailed the temp on the meat.

I've been cooking with cheap gassers for over 20 years... Dealing with all their inherent problems. This is maybe the 5th time I've cooked on the Weber and it has been so satisfying to use so far. I've been getting the best meat. The info here and the rest of the web has certainly helped.

Started out with beautiful grill marks, ended up with a beautiful topping.
