Prime rib bacon burgers for maiden voyage. Seasoned with Montreal Steak and bacon. Flat top cleaned and coated with Star Olive oil.

Nice first cook. Looks great!
I fired mine up for the first time last night with some chicken, italian sausage, peppers and onions. I can see it getting used all the time.

Still working. But I was able to see Lefors Tx fireworks from my vantage point. Small town folks put on a great show. This Blackstone is really going to "fill" a niche. Sometimes, not often but sometimes- you want to cook out and taste the seasoning and meats/veggies minus the smoke. I can see smoking some salmon, grilling tequila lime shrimp and cooking croquettes on the flat top. Lots of ideas, when time permits
