It has a couple glaze chips, comes with glaze repair. How do you use it apply cold and heat?

Are there directions with the glaze repair?

I'm curious as to why a new Vision would have chips in the first place

Me too, I think I'd be asking for one with no chips in it.

Good luck with that.

Vision grills has garbage customer service. Seriously, I own one and we had some issues. Vent wasn't made correct and the gaskets burnt up within a week. Tried to get warranty service. They fought me all day.

They modified an ash rake as I flat out told them either the rake was made wrong or the grill was and the ash rake would not fit. They modified an ash rake and sent it. I had to video it to prove it. The vent should have been larger.

Don't bother with customer service they are jerks.

Upgrade the gaskets now so you don't miss cooking.

HighQue makes a nice set of nomex gaskets and top notch customer service.

It's not a bad cooker for the price but they are cheap so you get what you pay for.

Compared to non ceramic smokers and grills they are amazing. Compared to other ceramics they are clearly an entry level model. I love mine now that I upgraded gaskets and have a modified ash rake. Make a pizza. Also cook low and slow. Don't forget to burp your cooker.

Yup, with the amount of beer I drink when cooking, I burp myself all the time!
