Yes, tis the season for my extensive menu of curries to roll out!
This one also made with beef cheeks, so tender, and this is quite a spicy curry in the regional style. Two types of cardamom, cinnamon, mace, nigella, turmeric, coriander and cumin, chillies,ginger, garlic, and more spices.
The ghee rice is my own concoction, spiced up to enjoy with the ultra rich curry. This is originally a mutton dish but this works a treat!
