This is our Entry
Mixture of Pork,Lamb and Beef Cevap.
Rolled into balls and Glazed with a Honey, Garlic and Soy Sauce.

No Binder no need, work the meats until sticky and your good to go.
Only ingredient's beside the meats
Bi Carb of Soda.
Mineral water. onion and Pepper and salt.

We use our Rubber dough Hook in our kenwood.
mix the meat until sticky
