Pepper Heine Beef (pron)

I had some Heineken so I used that for the beef and peppers cook. I cooked in the warming cabinet for the first time today and it went really well. Temp control was no problem. My wife wanted a chicken for salad and a fatty for breakfast biscuits so I decided to do the Pepper Stout beef after seeing the video someone post here.

BTW, I once tossed some shredded , leftover yardbird chicken into some fettucini alfredo...............and the result was truly exceptional.

Did the shrooms work ?

It was great with the shrooms! In a couple of weeks my pepper crop will be coming in with lots of varieties and I'll try this dish again. The Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce with Horseradish topped it off nicely.
This recipe may work well for chicken also!
