Your spares look like strikes to me. No gutter balls this time?

Looks real good. I'm torn between a PBC or a Humphreys half pint.
Starting to lean towards pbc since I don't do bigger cooks.

Don't know much about Humphreys but I've heard good things. Aren't they pretty expensive though?
Can't go wrong with a PBC though in my opinion. But I'm admittedly biased. Of course you can check out the reviews on Amazon :becky:
Are the ribs done yet irrivirsible?

Now those ribs look nice....I have been using my mini wsm like a PBC for a while now and just couldn't see paying that much for a 30 gallon drum. After my wife raving about everything that came off the mini wsm/pbc she talked me into pulling the trigger on a PBC a couple of weeks ago. I do like it for a crowd, but I can still get 2 racks of ribs or 2 butts on the little one. One other thing My wife never cared much for the food that came off my little smoker until I started using it as a PBC.
