Threw a couple of 4 lbs www.ottoschicken.com on the egg last weekend.
I brined them in a sugar/ salt brine for 5-6 hours, threw on my chicken rub and smoked them at 325 with some apple and hickory.
I couldn't believe how juicy they came out! I was really happy with this cook. :clap2:
