They look interesting for grilled (Buffalo) wings. Nice detachable mechanism

Anyone use these?

Have never tried them. Not sure if I would want them

I do a fair number of chicken wings which become a bummer to turn. These might be handy for that.

It would be faster to turn but you lose half of the grid

How do you lose half the grid? The handles detach.

Think I would pass on that. Looks like it would be a pain to clean and as Ron pointed out - you lose grate space.

How are you losing grate space? I'm still not getting that

I would think you would lose some space where the handle goes in, and I think you have more options when putting wings on and arranging them straight on the grate. I agree that it would be easier to turn them all using something like this.

The handles disconnect, so you maybe could place a couple side by side,

Yep -but you still lost that space where the handle attachment juts out. A lot? Probably not, but you still lose it. Not sure if you can get 2 and put them back to back.

Ah- I see what you're saying. I might take a look into this and report back

So you're think two back to back? How do you get the handle back on when it is hot?

I suppose gloves would be handy. Dunno, I was hungry for wings and then saw these...
