That's the first one I have seen like that. Brother Paul just keeps raising the bar. Awesome looking pit for sure.

They amaze me with every pit. I've not seen on Shirley smoker I'd turn down. All works of art!
Paul, Tyler and crew know what they're doing.

I thought I was bad watching it 3 times. I told Paul to call me before he starts my build. I saw this new design that I want to talk to him about and also something about the hotel pans and the insulated fb that I need to know more about. Getting really close, about 3 weeks or so until mine is ready.

Better get that one built PJTX! For what you want I think that's a dream come true. Honest!

This is EXACTLY what I had in mind when I finally get in touch with Paul! Because I was wanting doors on BOTH sides so I could get to everything easily. Especially if I was cooking a whole pig!:clap:

I thought about that too. My build starts in a week or so and now I have all these new things bouncing around in my head just when I knew exactly what I wanted.

I agree. I was worried about the height of the cabinet but with this new model I think I can stop worrying.
