View Full Version : Thai Tom Yum Het/Ghost Chili

The chest feels like it is full of jello interwoven with dental floss and feathers. Cough racks you, but no effect or change. I need to kill it.


Tom Yum Het: I used a cheat process, industrial blender for the paste. I engaged 2 of David's ghost chilies, plus twenty Thai Mouse Poo chilies.
Added fresh veg and fried tofu and mushrooms(het).
Opened up the house while I cooked it. Served with some bean shoots....that caught fire about 30 seconds after the pic was taken. I'm back to bed, I think the chest infection may be weakening, but it's hard to care, I am currently legally blind...hoping it is temporary.

That looks great, and with all those chilis, you can use the left overs to strip paint!

Be careful next time you have to drop a deuce, you're liable to set fire to the entire bathroom...

Get well soon farker! I like your go to sick meals though. I always go Asian soups when I am sick too, which is not often...well if you count hangovers....:icon_smile_tongue:
