A cool and wet day here in Michigan, but still would rather cook outdoors. Took a Lodge 7qt dutch oven, layered it with summer squash, zuchini, onions, peppers, eggplant, chopped prusciutto, fresh italian herbs, chicken breasts stuffed with prusciutto, then topped with marinara and fresh mozzarella. Put it in the Primo and let it run at 375. In the middle of the cook, took the top off the Lodge and added cherry for a mild smoke. This one was good enough that I'll definitely do it again!
