Really impressed with how much you get for the cost. I was expecting less, but am really looking forward to teying this out next weekend.
What suggestions does everyone have for testing out these rubs? I'm thinking dominator baby backs as an easy start. i'm saving the HDD for a day when i have some friends/family over who like hot stuff. The wife and kids won't go for it.
The tacos they showcased on their blog look out of this world. May try and get a flank steak and go that route for my second cook.
