Decided to do a simple grilled steak and baked potato dinner.

Couple ribeyes to be seasoned with sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper

700° dome temp. Not sure what that is at the grate, but it's screaming hot

Thanks everybody !!!!!!!!!!

I'm a little different when it comes to steak. I want to taste the flavor of the meat, not a marinade or a bunch of spices. A little salt and pepper is all a good steak should need. I don't use steak sauce either.
Don't get me wrong I use spices and marinades on meats and foods, just not a steak cooked and served like this.

Thanks again !!!!
