Didn't get a finished picture but everything went great, cook was for about 35-40 people. Only got my grill temp up to 260 and still got tender skin on all of it.

Bottom picture is almost done, I was cooking them over the flame to finish them off.

Didn't get end pics but after that last pic I sauced and closed the smoker for about 30 mins to let sauce set. Tried something new and put chopped garlic in my sauce and simmered it for an hour. Everyone loved it, who doesn't love garlic.

Very nice! We did 40 lbs of wings...looks like you have 30-40 lbs. yourself

Yeah it may have been a little more I think it was around 70 thighs. it was 6 packages from sams club, I think there's 12 thighs per pack so 72.
