Random grilling night :becky:. Didn't have any plans for dinner today and didn't want to go to the store. So grabbed things from around the house I had on hand to make dinner. This is probably my 4th time with the grilled polenta and I really like it. It's fun because you can add so many different flavors to it. Here's what went down....

Grabbed some legs out of the freezer to thaw. All were seasoned with random spice things from the pantry. Then took half and put on some hot sauce.

Cooked some polenta/grits and chilled them. Lots of seasoning in these including dill and garlic. Just followed the package directions for cooking and poured it into a pan to cool

Starting the fire. Never ever get tired of using the weed burner

Adding more hot sauce. I haven't done legs with a lot of hot sauce before, but will again. Was awesome!

Drinking this combo. Normally I'm straight Beam neat, but felt like mixing tonight

Wouldn't have occurred to me to grill the polenta but that looks really good.

Nice cook, Jason. I could go for both the chicken and the grits.
