Strips and butt

My local butcher hooked me up with a very nice whole strip loin and after cutting it, I think it looks great, so I decided to show some pics.

He raises most of the beef he sells

My daughters called and said they decided they wanted BBQ pizza for dinner tomorrow so I had to throw a butt in the smoker today. I will post a pic of the finished pizza tomorrow

I did a make your own pizza bar for my daughters b-day and it was a hit. Love the pulled pork pizza! Will definately be on the menu for the next pizza buffet. :thumb:
