I'm kind of late on this post, but I did my first smoke in my new Shirley this past weekend. Still learning, but it turned out pretty good for the first time. Over all, couldn't be more happy with it, this thing is a cooking machine.

I really like this one with the cabinet doors and 3 racks! Mine should be done in June. Sign me up for the Shirley's Owners Group.:thumb:

Both the food and the smoker look fantastic!! Nice job.
Love those Shirley cookers, just doesn't get any better than that!
