Just a sandwhich

So I made some grilled chicken breast sandwhichs with green peppers and onions and some mozzarella cheese on top. Then my wife tells me how she wants more chicken. She says she loves it when I make chicken and it is always juicy but I never make it. She says she gets excited when I cook chicken. She never requests it because I am always practicing for bbq competition. She says it breaks up the monotony of pork butt and pork ribs. It was nice to have a pork free meal as it gets old even for me. I have always loved chicken the most lol.

With the economy and the cost of chicken my family is ready to start scratching and clucking. We aren't wishing for chicken. Wish I could have some beef that isn't ground.

That being said it is an awesome looking sandwich
