25 pounds of heavenly pork goodness. Glazed it with a honey pomegranate peach glaze and enjoyed with friends.

Well, from your reference to "heavenly pork goodness" I'm guessing you liked it:shock:, aren't I perceptive?:wink:

I may have to try their hams, I've heard some mixed reviews so I might have to see for myself.

Took 4 hours to get the internal temp to 135. I dont have any table shots because it disappeared before I could get a shot of it :)

I've had a couple of SRF hams, and really enjoyed them. Those look and sound nice

so this is a pre-cooked ham right? and then you simply hung it in the UDS?
