Because uncovering my Weber in the first time in forever also makes me happy.

and my brand new Thermapen Makes me happy (even if the wind caught my brand new Thermapen case and dropped in nicely on the grill when I wasn't watching and now it is a big pile of melted goo) I don't care because I'm grilling

And this steak with taco seasoning and all this other stuff makes me happy

Put it all together with a little bit of hot sauce and you have something I think Ill call a Locally Laid Steak and Egg Black Bean Jalapeno Torta

And that makes me happy

And then the dog (Mojo) looks at me like Hey you plan on poking that egg

When I look at sammys, my eye always checks out the meat and the bun first. A crappy bun is a deal breaker. Then I saw that egg yolk, beautifully still on the move and had to wipe a little drool off my keyboard. My favorite place in the world to start my shopping is my chicken coop. Hell of a sammy!!
