View Full Version : Fireing up the Egg...
It's been a long time since I fired up the Egg - have a 3 bone Prime standing rib roast on the menu for tonight with some potatoes and a nice caprese salad. Going to rub it down with Todd's Dirt, cook it at 250 ish, and maybe a sear at the end.
Can't wait.

Sounds delicious
This was very tasty...
Took this up to 122 - took a little over 3 hours. Let it rest tented under foil for about 20 minutes.

Probably should have let it rest longer, but we couldn't wait...
