The wings were so simple and good...best non hot wings to date without a doubt. The wings I used a chicken rub from Island Spice, then just mopped them with a Tariyaki sauce shortly before pulling.... 30 minutes total with the cooker up and running in maybe 10 minutes. Had to be the perfect crisp, falling off the bone and flavor...Doing this again soon.

The BB ribs had only some spog and a tad bit of BBQ rub sprinkled about.

Sorry didn't have my sharp knife for cutting them. Dang good, only 55 minute cook and have a little smoke ring.

Mmmmm. Those wings look mighty yummy. I'm smoking this weekend and may need to add some wings to the menu!

Hoosier Daddy? Those wing sure look great. I had Indiana in this in all of my brackets. Not to excited about the Big Ten this year but hopeful. Wisconsin looks as tough as an hour cooked brisket right now. We will see.

Indiana lost some size and gotta get it back before they could ever make it to the sweet 16 and beyond.

Pretty fast cook. What temp? Oh pretty hot Terry...I'd say 400-550*
