Here are a few pictures of where we are on this project. Here on Guam we don't have the luxury nor funds to pickup one of these awesome smokers that I see here all of the time. We usually have to improvise and or build for ourselves. Tell me what you think.

love it! rusty, ugly, cheap. Leaves you more money for meat.

Well we finished up installing the doors and fired this mutha up. The fan had the fire so hot that it warped the fire box door so we had to do some stiffening and attempt to deflect the heat a little bit. I sure hope this helps.

Any ideas as to how large the exhaust should be? Is the fire box too big maybe? I would like to be able to get up around 350 degrees but not likely at this time.
