Haven't posted a cook in quite awhile. Still cookin, just don't remember to take pics very often. We put new siding on the farm house so a day of my bro and I caulking every farking seam, window, flashing, etc. before painting has to be done. About a five hour job...so while that was happening, pulled the big cooker out by the little barn to get it a bit out of the wind and did a bunch of baby backs walking back to the cooker every once-in-awhile to throw another hickory stick on. Hadn't done them in a little while and they turned out pretty darn good.
The big boy.

Ribs rubbed up and put on the cooker. This was twelve baby backs, I think I could fit maybe three times that on here if I laid them vertically (or more if I got some rib racks out...perhaps another time).

About halfway there...

Done and done.

Sliced in half.

Had to test one...of course.:-D

These...did not suck. Oh no they did not....If you look at the bottom of the above pic you can see the tip of the hound's tail just begging like his life depended on it. Ha! Sorry boy, no ribs for you.
Most of them went into the cryovac for those who ordered and to give away to friends.

Thanks for looking...keep on cooking!
