View Full Version : Roasted Chickens on Weber Kettle

Cooked up some Whole Roasted chickens on the Weber Kettle 22.5.
I brined them in Salt/Sugar and then rubbed them with Killer Hogs Rub.
1.5 Hour smoked using Apple Wood over indirect heat until they reached the proper internal temp. They were very good!

Also threw on some marinated (Stubbs) Pork Chops towards the end of the cook.
