• Bacon Wrapped Filet

[Phrasty]

So this happened the other night. Felt like treating myself...

Seasoned a nice thick filet steak, wrapped it in bacon, smoked it, seared it then devoured it. Topped with some drunken onions and a side of greens... :thumb:

The drunken onions are basically bacon, onions, scallion, garlic, salt, sugar and a splash of bourbon or rum it you prefer... :thumb:
