Nice!. Let us know what you think of it. I have a 2 burner camp chef and when you put the griddle on it, it has a bad hot spot right in the middle. Wanting something different.

Great for burgers, mass cooking of hot dogs etc, and at-home Japanese Steak style dinner, but after a couple of times I decided the clean-up was worth going to the restaurant, plus I wasn't very good throwing knives around. :)

We are a family of 6 so honestly i hope this will get used quite often. We made something simple tonight though chicken gyro's and then for dessert i slapped some honey buns on the griddle to heat them up then topped with some organic vanilla ice cream. Should have snapped some pics sorry :( light was too low as I am using it the garage door opening due to inclement weather atm lol

Great score there! I just watched a few YouTube videos of this griddle, and boy is it versatile. Enjoy and post lots of pics.

How thick is that top?

3/16 cold rolled steel. One thing the dont mention or you never see is they run tubular steel welded underneath. Im not sure if it's their way of heating evenly or help with warping.
