Sorry, no pron. I did my first pepper stout beef and all i can say is wow. 3lb chuckie, 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 large onion, 1 guiness stout, 1/4 cup worcestershire. rubbed chuckie down with sPog(heavy on the p) smoked at 325 till 160 internal panned with the peppers till done. about 4 hours total on the akorn. this will be a regular thing!!
