Sorry, no post-cook pron. You know the drill, a few too many beers, too hungry from smelling the BBQ cooking... didn't even occur to me to pick up the camera... Noob mistake I know :)

I'm definitely still making noob mistakes. I think we all do that because we're all trying to get better and/or come up with something new so we're never content to just wash/rinse/repeat the same old recipes and techniques.
But the noob mistake I'm referring to is forgetting to take pics of the finished product. This is my first post ever on this forum with pron, and I really wish I had remembered to take some pics after the cook. Everything came out fantastic. Habenero Death Dust on the rack on the left, by the way. Got rave reviews.
