Garnaals's Stuffed little sweet peppers..

[GARNAAL]

made stuffed little sweet peppers - good as a veggie or as a snack..


1 pkg Bamboe Bali (from the local toko == Asian Grocery store),
1/2 cup French Fried onions,
1 lbs Jimmy Dean regular sausage.
1 bag of little sweet peppers,
strips of Gouda Cheese


mix the first 3 ingredients real well and let the mix get up to taste in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
slice the peppers open on 1 side en take out the seeds and rinse.
stuff with a strip of Gouda cheese and the sausage mix.
Grill on the BBQ ! and have a beer !
