I know I'm late on this but i been reading alot about rib mishaps so I'll post this
Started out by trimming the spares to St Louis cut (yes i save the rest for a stew :becky:)

Rubbed them with JD pork rub

Got Big Daddy to 225-230 with apple and cherry chunks on top Ozark Oak and put them going

After 3 hours i added some leg qaurters rubbed wiyh plowboys

After 5 hours i started basting the ribs

Pulled both at same time ribs cooked for 6 hours chicken around 3

Best ribs i ever done and the chicken was off the hook good i love that Plowboys :becky:
