I pulled the trigger on a Humphrey Battle Box a little less than 3 weeks ago and it's been killin' me so I sent a message to Kevin to get an update on the progress. His response..."She done", with a link to the carrier and a tracking number! In less than a month from placing my order I will have my Box. Couldn't be more impressed considering it is custom built to allow me to remove the charcoal box and install a pellet feeder assembly to cheat a little. Not to mention they built it during the recent holiday season with who knows how many other orders.

probably just a fatty or two, maybe some chicken. keep it simple till I get to know the cooker. may ask the brethren for suggestions.

Great great cooker... I have had a little remorse for selling mine. Don't get me wrong, my Deep South is great, but it would be nice to have the smaller cooker to use for me and Maw instead of rolling the 650# mammoth out.

Of course, I get my YS1500 today so not a bad consolation. :)
