Oh by the way picked up this nice Performer Platinum for $90 bucks last weekend. I was gonna beat him down $10 but just couldn't make myself do it....

Made my first dozen brats this morning using 3 lbs. ground pork butt and used Hi Mountains Brat mix, thankfully it was not very salty. Had a nice back heat but other than that kinda bland. Will make my own seasoning next batch.

P.S. Trying photo bucket to upload pics so who knows if they show up.

Can anyone who owns a gas start Weber have any idea how many starts I'll likely get from a bottle of propane? How long of a burn does it take to get things ashed over?
