Worked most of the holiday so now it's me my 30 degree patio meat and fire. Should last the bride and me a few days
3 racks baby backs
1 rack beef back
1 10# brisket (mostly point)
1 chicken
3# boudin
Look for the smoke !!!

Here it is- all in The Pit Barrel Cooker. Had one more hook and lots of space but will use the grate for the Boudin later.

Brisket at 168 wrapped with about a cup of beef stock and back on the grate heading for probe tender, somewhere around 205 I imagine. Bailed on the boudin. Sorry for short changing you.
